Specialty vendors (ie. shaved ice) must have strawberry flavored or themed items.

Important Information

Vendors will be chosen based on the strawberry menu items offered and use of the strawberry theme with their menu and set up.

Applications close on March 6th. You will be informed by March 16th whether you are accepted or not.

Coca-Cola will be a sponsor at the festival, and you will be required to sell only Coke products.

You will be required to share a percentage of your total sales with the festival organizers. This percentage will be calculated after deducting the $250 already paid towards the revenue share from your total sales.
